Refunds & cancellation
Cancel any time. If something isn't right, tell us and we'll make it right.

Cancelling
Cancel any time in Settings → Billing → Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account returns to the Free plan (one domain, weekly checks). You are not charged again.
Refunds
If the Service did not work for you, email hello@riskbits.net within 14 days of a payment and we refund that payment in full. After 14 days, payments are not refundable, but you can cancel to stop future charges. Consumers in the EU keep their statutory right of withdrawal.
Plan changes
Upgrades and downgrades are prorated automatically by Stripe: you pay or are credited the difference for the rest of the billing period.
